Sandi has more than 13 years experience in the technology industry. She specializes in the recruitment, management and development of relationships with other organizations. Sandi provides information technology (IT) account management services for her clients. This includes understanding the organization’s business objectives and technology initiatives, and identifying ways to best enable the organization to meet those objectives through the use of technology.  Sandi has worked with organizations across many industries which include manufacturing, architecture and engineering, insurance, utilities, municipalities and financial institutions. Sandi also manages a team of account executives for Eide Bailly Technology Consulting.

Amber Vogel, Business Technology Consultant
With more than six years business process improvement experience, including consulting, work flow analysis and integration of business processes with technology, Amber performs business process and system reviews, requirements definition, gap analysis, integration strategy, strategic business and information technology planning and solutions analysis for clients in a variety of industries. She is knowledgeable in SQL server maintenance, scripting and SQL reporting services. Amber is a successful project manager of software searches and implementations, and provides software training, data migration, upgrades and on-going support.  She is a Certified Payroll Professional and Microsoft Certified Professional – Financials, HR & Payroll, Integration Manager and Report Writer.

Jeremy Martinson, Senior Solution Architect
With more than 16 years of experience in information technology working as a system architect, application developer, consultant and IT professional, Jeremy develops applications using .Net technologies (ASP.Net, Visual Basic.Net, C#, and the .Net compact framework), web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, XML), database server technologies (Microsoft SQL Server, Lotus Notes, Oracle) and reporting technologies (Crystal Reports, SQL Reporting Services). His experience includes migrating legacy platforms, including Microsoft Access, FoxPro, FileMakerPro, and early versions of Visual Basic. Jeremy was responsible for the design, architecture and development of a flagship product built for Windows Mobile handheld devices to wirelessly retrieve, format and display an electronic patient medical record to a caregiver.

Scott Kost, Chief Executive Officer
Scott has more than 25 years experience in information technology, many of which have been spent in roles of executive management and leadership. As the CEO of Eide Bailly Technology Consulting, Scott is responsible for oversight of the organization and ensuring seamless and superior client experiences. Scott’s wealth of knowledge has crossed numerous industries and involves managing all aspects of information technology, including systems development, information security, consulting services, computer operations, voice and data communications and desktop services. Additionally, Scott develops and facilitates training seminars that focus on leadership development, staffing, new technologies and strategic planning.

Kevin Bingeman, Senior Network Engineer
Kevin brings more than 18 years of experience helping companies plan, budget, design, implement, manage, secure and maintain technologies that support business operations and organizational goals. He has designed and implemented various technologies to support high availability, disaster recovery, performance and reliability for network and server systems to ensure very high level of uptime for business objectives.

Jon Ault, Senior Technology Consultant
With more than 15 years of systems integration consulting experience, Jon has significant experience developing and implementing business and information technology plans and strategies. As a Senior Technology Consultant, Jon has provided project management direction for large information technology efforts and managed several large infrastructure design and implementation projects. Ross previously served as Technical Lead for an infrastructure team at a large international company with more than 1,200 retail and wholesale locations. He is a VMWare Certified Professional (vSphere 4), Microsoft Certified IT Professional – Server Admin, Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (Windows 2000, Windows 2003), and Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (SQL Server 2000).

Adam Hanel, Senior Systems Engineer
As a network engineer, Adam provides advanced level service support on network systems, including problem resolution, technical change implementation and maintenance. He evaluates and manages networks in relation to emerging technologies as well as assists in the design, development, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of network architecture, including security, wireless, storage systems, voice, remote office connectivity and access, and DHCP services. Adam has more than 10 years of experience and extensive knowledge with networking, monitoring systems, operating systems, platforms, programming languages and software applications.

Craig Dummer, IT Procurement Specialist
Craig has more than 10 years of IT purchasing and inventory management experience and is knowledgeable in HP, Dell, IBM, Lenovo, Cisco and many other products and services.  He assists both small and medium sized businesses in deciding which hardware solution is right for them while taking into consideration return on investment, cost and time to implement. Craig has extensive experience with various software, including Microsoft; licensing best practices including, open volume, OEM and Academic Campus Agreements; partnerships with TrendMicro, Symantec, Websense, Cisco, IBM, Sonicwall; and Antivirus and AntiSpyware software solutions. D.C. Lucas, Business Development Manager
D.C. joins Eide Bailly Technology Consulting as a Business Development Manager, focusing on corporate accounts in Northern Minnesota, as well as Northern and Western North Dakota. He has more than 15 years experience in the technology industry, with responsibilities that include sales, project management, consulting, training, coordinating implementations and marketing. D.C. helps organizations analyze, develop and maintain their current and future technology business decisions.

Kelsey Erbes, Associate Sales Consultant  
Before being promoted to Senior Associate, Kelsey spent the past several years consulting on our security and compliance services to financial institutions. In her new role, Kelsey is responsible for the technology consulting marketing and strategic business development efforts across our Eide Bailly offices. She will continue to work with financial institutions as a subject matter expert.

Joe Tillman, Business Technology Consultant
With more than 10 years of experience in information technology working as a business analyst and project manager, Joe performs business process and system reviews and works with the business to define future strategic business goals, identify gaps and develop plans to meet customers long-term goals. Joe is proficient in writing and coordination of core pieces of business documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, business requirements documentation, test cases and usability studies. He is fluent in the coordination of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile Software Development processes.

Michael Ham, Security Consultant
Michael J. Ham is a Security Consultant with more than four years of Information Technology (IT) experience, including work in a dedicated information security role. Michael performs penetration testing, application security assessments, risk assessments, social engineering and security-related research in various industries. He conducts internal vulnerability assessments, external penetration tests and social engineering tactics for numerous financial institutions.
